MOORISH CRAFT — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

Moorish Craft is a premium Moroccan artisan e-commerce store selling handcrafted zellige tiles, fountains, pottery basins and mosaic tables. All products are made to order by master artisans in Fez, Morocco.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • All prices are displayed in USD
  • Payment is required in full before production begins
  • We accept major credit cards
  • Orders are confirmed by email after payment

3. PRODUCTION & LEAD TIME

  • All products are handcrafted to order
  • Zellige Tiles: 3–4 weeks production
  • Zellige Fountains: 3–4 weeks production
  • Pottery Basins: 2–3 weeks production
  • Mosaic Tables: 3–5 weeks production
  • Production begins immediately after payment

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Free worldwide shipping included in all prices
  • USA & Canada: +10% shipping surcharge at checkout
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • All shipments are tracked and insured
  • Moorish Craft is not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers

5. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

  • Import duties and customs fees are NOT included in the order total
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer
  • Moorish Craft declares accurate shipment values
  • We are not responsible for customs delays or additional fees

6. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of purchase
  • After 24 hours: no cancellations accepted as production may have begun
  • Damaged items: replacement or refund with photo evidence within 7 days of delivery
  • Custom orders (custom colors, sizes, patterns) are non-refundable
  • Products must be unused and in original condition

7. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

  • All products are 100% handmade in Fez, Morocco
  • Slight variations in color, size and pattern are normal and part of the handmade character
  • Product photos are representative — actual piece may vary slightly

8. PRIVACY & DATA

  • We collect only necessary personal information for order processing
  • Your data is never sold to third parties
  • Payment information is processed securely via Stripe
  • We may send order updates by email

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All photos, designs and content on this site are property of Moorish Craft. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
