• Zellige Tiles: Ordered per square foot (1–10 sq ft online, wholesale above 10 sq ft)

Yes — every single piece is 100% handcrafted by master artisans in Fez and Safi, Morocco. No two pieces are exactly alike. Each product carries the unique mark of the artisan who made it.

We ship worldwide — to every country. Whether you're in France, the USA, Canada, the UAE, Australia, or anywhere else, we can deliver your order safely to your door.

We ship exclusively via DHL Express — fast, reliable, and fully tracked. Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days worldwide after dispatch. Note: custom or made-to-order pieces require 3–4 weeks production time before shipping.

Shipping is free for all countries. For orders shipped to the USA & Canada, a 10% surcharge applies — this is shown automatically at checkout when you select your country.

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a DHL Express tracking number by email. You can track your shipment in real time on the DHL website or app.

Yes — every shipment is fully insured for its declared value. In the unlikely event of damage or loss, we handle the claim and will replace or refund your piece.

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our secure Stripe payment gateway. Payment is processed immediately and securely.

Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe, a world-leading payment processor. Your card details are never stored on our servers. All transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS.

For large custom orders, we can arrange a 50% deposit upfront and 50% before shipping. Contact us to discuss your project and we'll find the best arrangement.

• Ceramic Basins: Natural clay, hand-painted with mineral pigments, kiln-fired. Some finished with 24k gold or brass.
• Zellige Fountains & Tables: Hand-chiselled ceramic zellige tiles set in mortar on a steel/iron frame.
• Zellige Tiles: Solid fired clay, hand-cut and glazed — each tile unique.

Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals. For basins with gold or brass detailing, wipe dry after each use to preserve the finish. The glaze is highly durable but avoid impact with hard objects.

Yes — our mosaic tables are fully weather-resistant and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The zellige tiles are frost-resistant and the iron base is treated for outdoor conditions. We recommend covering during extended periods of rain.

Yes — color customization is one of our strengths. For fountains, tables, and basins, you can specify colors from our palette or share a reference image. For tiles, we can create custom geometric patterns. Contact us to discuss your vision.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or not as described. As our pieces are handmade and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Contact us immediately if there is any issue.

Document the damage immediately with photos before moving the piece. Contact us within 48 hours at contact@moorishcraft.com. All shipments are insured — we will manage the claim and arrange a replacement or full refund.
