• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
• After 24 hours: cancellations are not accepted as production may have begun
• Damaged items: we replace or refund any product damaged during shipping — photo evidence required
• Custom orders (custom colors, sizes, patterns) are non-refundable
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

INK RINGS is shaped and decorated by skilled ceramic artisans in Fez using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Each concentric line is carefully painted by hand before the ceramic is glazed and fired.
