• After 24 hours: cancellations are not accepted as production may have begun
• Damaged items: we replace or refund any product damaged during shipping — photo evidence required
• Custom orders (custom colors, sizes, patterns) are non-refundable
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

OLIVE TATREEZ is created using traditional Moroccan ceramic techniques practiced by generations of artisans in Fez. Every geometric band, diamond motif and fine decorative line is carefully painted by hand before the ceramic is glazed and fired.
