À propos de cette pièce
MAISSA, meaning graceful and elegant, is a refined Moroccan hand-painted ceramic tile inspired by the floral medallions and intricate symmetry of traditional Moroccan decorative arts.
Four richly detailed cobalt-blue medallions unfold across a warm ivory background, each formed from delicate petals, leaves and ornamental curves. Smaller blue flourishes punctuate the spaces between the larger motifs, creating a beautifully balanced composition. The restrained blue-and-ivory palette gives MAISSA a timeless character while allowing the intricacy of the hand-painted details to become the focal point.
Each ceramic tile is individually hand-painted by skilled artisans in Fez, Morocco, using traditional decorative techniques passed down through generations. The subtle variations in brushwork, color and finish are part of the handmade process, ensuring that every tile carries its own unique character.
