À propos de cette pièce
NISREEN, meaning wild rose, is a graceful Moroccan hand-painted ceramic tile inspired by flourishing gardens and the flowing botanical ornament found throughout traditional Moroccan decorative arts.
Soft turquoise leaves and curling vines spread outward from the centre across a warm ivory background, forming a beautifully balanced botanical composition. Fine dark outlines define each hand-painted leaf and stem, adding depth and rhythm while preserving the light, airy quality of the design. When repeated, NISREEN creates the impression of an abundant climbing garden unfolding continuously across the surface.
Each ceramic tile is individually hand-painted by skilled artisans in Fez, Morocco, using traditional decorative techniques passed down through generations. The subtle variations in brushwork, color and finish are part of the handmade process, ensuring that every tile carries its own unique character.
