All Moorish Craft products are shipped worldwide from Fez, Morocco. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within the production lead time.

As all our products are handcrafted to order, we have a specific returns policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase — no questions asked
• After 24 hours: cancellations are not accepted as production may have begun
• Damaged items: we replace or refund any product damaged during shipping — photo evidence required
• Custom orders (custom colors, sizes, patterns) are non-refundable
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
All Moorish Craft products are made to order by our master artisans in Fez, Morocco:

• Zellige Tiles: 3–4 weeks production time
• Zellige Fountains: 3–4 weeks production time
• Pottery Basins: 2–3 weeks production time
• Mosaic Tables: 3–5 weeks production time

Production begins immediately after order confirmation and payment. You will receive an update when your order is ready to ship.
