• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
• After 24 hours: cancellations are not accepted as production may have begun
• Damaged items: we replace or refund any product damaged during shipping — photo evidence required
• Custom orders (custom colors, sizes, patterns) are non-refundable
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

HONEY SWIRL is created using traditional ceramic techniques practiced by generations of artisans in Fez. The flowing circular pattern is applied by hand, allowing the warm tones and individual brushstrokes to develop naturally across the ceramic surface before the basin is glazed and fired.
