Production & Shipping

Each fountain is handcrafted to order by our master artisans in Fez, Morocco. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks production time before dispatch.

Once ready, your fountain is carefully packed and shipped worldwide via insured freight. Delivery time varies by destination — typically 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. For urgent orders or project deadlines, contact us via WhatsApp before ordering.

All Moorish Craft products are shipped worldwide from Fez, Morocco. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within the production lead time.

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase — no questions asked
• After 24 hours: cancellations are not accepted as production may have begun
• Damaged items: we replace or refund any product damaged during shipping — photo evidence required
• Custom orders (custom colors, sizes, patterns) are non-refundable
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
