• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
• After 24 hours: cancellations are not accepted as production may have begun
• Damaged items: we replace or refund any product damaged during shipping — photo evidence required
• Custom orders (custom colors, sizes, patterns) are non-refundable
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Each SAPPHIRE LACE fountain is made to order and can be produced in different dimensions to suit your available wall and floor space. Please contact us with your preferred height and width, and we can advise on the most suitable proportions for the design.

Please note that the proportions and arrangement of the mosaic pattern may be carefully adapted according to the selected fountain dimensions while preserving the overall character of the original design.

Fully Customizable

Colors, dimensions, mosaic patterns and decorative details can all be customized. You can also send us your own drawing, photograph or reference design, and our artisans can create a bespoke Moroccan fountain specifically for your project.

Indoor & Outdoor Use

This fountain can be installed in both indoor and outdoor spaces, including gardens, patios and courtyards. Please note: The fountain is NOT frost resistant. In areas where temperatures fall below freezing, it should be properly protected from frost and severe winter conditions.
