All Moorish Craft products are shipped worldwide from Fez, Morocco. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within the production lead time.

As all our products are handcrafted to order, we have a specific returns policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
• After 24 hours: cancellations are not accepted as production may have begun
• Damaged items: we replace or refund any product damaged during shipping — photo evidence required
• Custom orders (custom colors, sizes, patterns) are non-refundable
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

All Moorish Craft products are made to order by our master artisans in Fez, Morocco:

• Zellige Tiles: 3–4 weeks
• Zellige Fountains: 3–4 weeks
• Pottery Basins: 2–3 weeks
• Mosaic Tables: 3–5 weeks

SIRR, meaning secret or hidden mystery, is an intricate Moroccan zellige mosaic whose monochromatic surface reveals an elaborate geometry little by little.

A complex network of stars, polygons and interlocking lines is formed entirely in soft ivory tones, allowing the pattern to emerge through the joints, shadows and subtle variations of each hand-cut piece. From a distance, SIRR appears calm and almost minimal; viewed more closely, its remarkably detailed geometry begins to unfold, revealing the craftsmanship concealed within the composition.

Each tile is individually hand-cut from glazed ceramic, shaped and fitted by skilled craftsmen in Fez using techniques passed down through generations. The result is a unique piece of functional art, combining exceptional geometric detail, natural texture and the unmistakable character of authentic Moroccan craftsmanship.
