All Moorish Craft products are shipped worldwide from Fez, Morocco. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within the production lead time.

As all our products are handcrafted to order, we have a specific returns policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
• After 24 hours: cancellations are not accepted as production may have begun
• Damaged items: we replace or refund any product damaged during shipping — photo evidence required
• Custom orders (custom colors, sizes, patterns) are non-refundable
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

All Moorish Craft products are made to order by our master artisans in Fez, Morocco:

• Zellige Tiles: 3–4 weeks
• Zellige Fountains: 3–4 weeks
• Pottery Basins: 2–3 weeks
• Mosaic Tables: 3–5 weeks

ZAHIRA, meaning radiant and blossoming, is an exquisite Moroccan zellige mosaic inspired by the beauty of a flower opening beneath the warmth of the Moroccan sun.

A luminous ochre star forms the heart of the composition, surrounded by deep emerald-green points that unfold into layers of soft blush, ivory and rich green geometry. Smaller ochre details appear around the outer edges, bringing warmth to the jewel-toned palette. The design radiates naturally from its centre, giving ZAHIRA the appearance of a geometric blossom in full bloom.

Each tile is individually hand-cut from glazed ceramic, shaped and fitted by skilled craftsmen in Fez using techniques passed down through generations. The result is a unique piece of functional art, combining intricate geometry, rich color and the unmistakable character of authentic Moroccan craftsmanship.
