• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
• After 24 hours: cancellations are not accepted as production may have begun
• Damaged items: we replace or refund any product damaged during shipping — photo evidence required
• Custom orders (custom colors, sizes, patterns) are non-refundable
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Unlike our standard copper-rim designs, this model features an extra copper band extending further down the exterior of the basin, creating a stronger metallic statement and a beautiful contrast against the warm coral glaze.

Each CORAL GLOW basin is individually handcrafted by master artisans in the ancient medina of Fez, Morocco.
