À propos de cette pièce
SAMAYA, meaning elevated and serene, is an elegant Moroccan hand-painted ceramic tile inspired by the graceful floral ornament and flowing arabesques of traditional Moroccan decorative arts.
Deep cobalt-blue floral stars form the focal points of the design, surrounded by sweeping turquoise leaves, delicate scrolls and fine dark outlines across a soft ivory background. Small golden-yellow details bring warmth and light to the cool palette, while the repeating composition allows the motifs to connect beautifully from tile to tile, creating a richly decorated continuous surface.
Each ceramic tile is individually hand-painted by skilled artisans in Fez, Morocco, using traditional decorative techniques passed down through generations. The subtle variations in brushwork, color and finish are part of the handmade process, ensuring that every tile carries its own unique character.
