À propos de cette pièce
KHEIMA, inspired by the Arabic word for tent, is a warm Moroccan zellige mosaic influenced by the geometric language, earthy colors and decorative traditions of Moroccan textiles.
A soft ivory background is punctuated by rich terracotta-brown accents arranged within a repeating diamond composition. The simple geometry creates a gentle decorative rhythm, while the warm, natural palette gives KHEIMA an inviting character reminiscent of woven textiles, desert landscapes and traditional Moroccan interiors.
Each tile is individually hand-cut from glazed ceramic, shaped and fitted by skilled craftsmen in Fez using techniques passed down through generations. The result is a unique piece of functional art, combining understated geometry, earthy color and the unmistakable character of authentic Moroccan craftsmanship.
