All Moorish Craft products are shipped worldwide from Fez, Morocco. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within the production lead time.

• All shipments are tracked and fully insured against damage during transit
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships

As all our products are handcrafted to order, we have a specific returns policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
• After 24 hours: cancellations are not accepted as production may have begun
• Damaged items: we replace or refund any product damaged during shipping — photo evidence required
• Custom orders (custom colors, sizes, patterns) are non-refundable
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

All Moorish Craft products are made to order by our master artisans in Fez, Morocco:

• Zellige Tiles: 3–4 weeks
• Zellige Fountains: 3–4 weeks
• Pottery Basins: 2–3 weeks
• Mosaic Tables: 3–5 weeks

THURAYA, inspired by the Arabic name for a cluster of stars, is a striking Moroccan zellige mosaic built around layers of radiant geometric forms.

Deep navy, soft blue, grey and ivory pieces unfold around star-shaped centres, creating an intricate composition that appears to expand outward. Repeated points, diamonds and angular forms give THURAYA a sense of symmetry and depth, echoing the elaborate geometric ornamentation found throughout traditional Moroccan architecture.

Each tile is individually hand-cut from glazed ceramic, shaped and fitted by skilled craftsmen in Fez using techniques passed down through generations. The result is a unique piece of functional art, combining geometric precision, rich color and the unmistakable character of authentic Moroccan craftsmanship.
