À propos de cette pièce

AEGEAN is a deep ocean-blue Moroccan zellige tile defined by its rich mineral glaze and naturally varied handmade surface. Its color shifts subtly between Aegean blue, muted marine blue and deeper teal-blue undertones, creating a sophisticated finish with the unmistakable depth and character of authentic zellige.

The beauty of AEGEAN lies in the natural movement of its glaze. Some pieces appear deeper and more saturated, while others reveal softer blue and subtle blue-green nuances. Variations in texture and reflection give every tile its own character, creating a richly layered surface that changes beautifully as light moves across it.

Each tile is individually handcrafted, glazed and hand-cut by skilled Moroccan artisans using traditional zellige techniques passed down through generations. Every piece is individually shaped and finished by hand, resulting in characteristic irregular edges, subtle differences in proportion and unique surface variations that distinguish authentic Moroccan zellige from machine-made tile.

Different tile sizes are available depending on the project. For custom dimensions, quantities or specific color requirements, contact us — our team can help prepare an order tailored to your space.

Authentic zellige is individually handmade and hand-cut, so natural variations in color, glaze, texture, thickness, dimensions, edges and surface finish are expected. These differences are not imperfections, but essential characteristics of traditional Moroccan zellige and part of what makes every installation unique.
