All Moorish Craft products are shipped worldwide from Fez, Morocco. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within the production lead time.

• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• All shipments are tracked and fully insured against damage during transit
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are NOT included in your order total. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.

As all our products are handcrafted to order, we have a specific returns policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
• After 24 hours: cancellations are not accepted as production may have begun
• Damaged items: we replace or refund any product damaged during shipping — photo evidence required
• Custom orders (custom colors, sizes, patterns) are non-refundable
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

All Moorish Craft products are made to order by our master artisans in Fez, Morocco:

• Zellige Tiles: 3–4 weeks
• Zellige Fountains: 3–4 weeks
• Pottery Basins: 2–3 weeks
• Mosaic Tables: 3–5 weeks

SHAMS, meaning sun, is a warm Moroccan zellige mosaic inspired by sunlight, radiance and the rich golden tones of the Moroccan landscape.

Large ochre eight-pointed stars repeat across the composition, connected by soft ivory forms and powder-blue square accents. The warm, sunlit centres contrast beautifully with the cooler blue details, creating a balanced geometric rhythm that feels both vibrant and grounded.

Each tile is individually hand-cut from glazed ceramic, shaped and fitted by skilled craftsmen in Fez using techniques passed down through generations. The result is a unique piece of functional art, combining geometric precision, earthy color and the unmistakable character of authentic Moroccan craftsmanship.
