À propos de cette pièce
QUTB — meaning “central point” or “axis” in Arabic — is a striking handcrafted Moroccan zellige mosaic built around a bold central geometric composition. Deep navy-blue pieces form the heart of the design, while turquoise, emerald green, pale blue and ivory-white elements expand outward in a balanced arrangement of angular forms. The strong contrast and structured geometry give this traditional mosaic a fresh architectural character.
Each mosaic is handcrafted in Fez, Morocco, by skilled artisans using traditional zellige techniques. Individual pieces of glazed ceramic are carefully hand-cut and arranged one by one to create the geometric composition.
✨ FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE: This design can be produced in a wide range of colors, dimensions and layouts. We can also adapt the pattern for your project or create a completely bespoke mosaic based on your own design or reference image.

Authentic Moroccan Craftsmanship
Each QUTB mosaic is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Fez, Morocco. Individual glazed ceramic pieces are carefully hand-cut into precise geometric forms and positioned one by one around the central motif. The combination of deep blue, turquoise, green and pale tones emphasizes the layered geometry while preserving the distinctive character of traditional Moroccan zellige craftsmanship.
Handmade Character
Traditional zellige is made and cut by hand, so subtle variations in color, glaze, texture, dimensions and edges are natural and expected. These variations are part of authentic Moroccan craftsmanship and ensure that every finished mosaic has its own individual character.
